 A tranquil hillside environment surrounded by olive trees and fields of fragrant herbs with a stunning view of the sea and mountains. Large swimming pool in garden setting. W-lan in the gardens. Open air parking lots are free of charge. 1.2 km ( 0.8 mi .) from the center and the beach of Yalikavak, 15 km ( 9 mi .) from Bodrum and 50 km (32 mi.) from Bodrum/Milas airport. 8 luxurious double rooms individually decorated and 7 residences. Residences are also rented as self catering apartments on a weekly basis.

 

ROOMS AND HOTEL INTERIORS 

All our rooms are individually decorated with antiques and valuable furnishings and have a panoramic view of the Bay of Yalikavak, air conditioning, mini-bar, satellite TV (BBC, Euro News etc.), hair dryer, safety box, bath robes.

 

 Rooms are located in the two main buildings. Please see the picture above. Rooms Keramos, Mylasa, Xantos and Patara are on the top floor. Petronion and Pinara are at the level of breakfast terrace, conveniant for the ones who don't like stairs. Finally, Magnesia and Euromos are at the garden level of the villa of the owners (taller building). All rooms have their own balcony/terrace and a beautifull view.     RESIDENCES

    Residences are located in three buildings scattered around the pool (please see the picture above). As this picture is taken from Caria, this building is not on it): Buildings Lydia, Caria and Pamphilia (pictures 1, 2, 3 from top left in the album below). They are not far away from the pool, however placed such that the inhabitants are'nt disturbed by the life in the pool area. All residences have a wonderful view to the bay of Yalikavak and the Kutur peninsula. Residences have one (sleep 2), two (sleep 4) or three (sleep 6) bedroom(s), a living room, shower-bathroom(s), a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette (one bedroom residences), very large terrace. Residences have air conditioning (in the bedrooms), safety box, satellite TV, hair dryer. In some residences an extra bed can be provided.
